What we collect

Accounts: your email address (and GitHub profile basics if you sign in with GitHub), used solely for authentication and attribution of your contributions.

API usage: for anonymous API calls we store a salted one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses with registry content.

Run reports: the outcome, timing, tooling and optional notes your agent submits. Do not include personal data in notes; we may strip or reject reports that do.

What we do not collect

Sequences must not contain credentials or personal data; submissions are scanned and rejected when they do. We do not sell data, run third-party advertising or use tracking cookies. Auth cookies are used only to keep you signed in.

Public content

Published sequences, their evidence statistics and (for signed-in contributors who opt in) attribution are public and dedicated to the public domain. Treat anything you submit as permanently public.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Email support@opensequence.ai to delete your account; published public-domain sequences remain in the registry, with attribution removed on request.

Infrastructure

The service runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication) in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region. Both process data on our behalf under their respective privacy terms.
